Welcome to Kiln & Kettle. This Refund Policy govern your bookings, and all services we provide. By using this site or attending a session, you agree to these Terms.

At The Kiln & Kettle, we handle each piece with all the gentleness and care of a love letter. However, on the rare occasion that something goes amiss—be it a crack in the kiln, a glaze misadventure, or an unfortunate accident—we promise to make it right with grace.

If your piece is sadly damaged during our care, we will offer:

A full refund for the item, or
A complimentary redo of the same piece, subject to availability, with our warmest apologies and a little extra sparkle to say sorry.

Though we can’t guarantee perfection in the unpredictable world of ceramics, we do guarantee kindness, fairness, and a touch of magic in every resolution.
